Today I made a really simple lunch: vegetable purée, some grilled chicken, and a glass of cold water. It wasn’t a planned recipe or a photo-worthy dish. I just wanted something light—something that would feel good in my body and not drain my energy. I used what I had: broccoli, zucchini, a bit of potato. Cooked it slowly with salt, olive oil, and nothing else. Paired it with just enough to feel nourished without feeling heavy. And honestly, it was just right for today. Warm, light, gentle. A meal that felt good in my body… and lifted my mood too.
