How I close the day gently
Tonight I had dinner outside.
Nothing fancy—just some grilled chicken, a few greens, sweet corn, and lemon water.
But everything feels different when you’re not rushing.
When the phone is off, when you let yourself eat slowly and listen to the birds and feel the evening settle.
It’s not a diet. It’s not a routine.
It’s just my moment.
