A tea that always makes me feel better
This morning I made a simple ginger and mint tea.
Nothing fancy—just hot water, some dried leaves and a few slices of root.
Honestly, the smell made me feel better before I even took a sip.
I like having little rituals like this, especially on slower mornings.
This one makes me feel great—it helps with digestion and gives me a light, refreshed feeling.
And… it makes the kitchen smell amazing.
You don’t need to be sick or feel unwell to drink something that’s good for you.
Sometimes it’s just a nice excuse to pause and take care of yourself a little.
