A Quiet Morning With My Journal
This morning I gave myself a little time.
I opened my journal, made a cup of tea, and let the brush do its thing.
I’m not trying to paint perfectly—just to quiet my mind, connect with how I feel, and remind myself that not everything has to be productive to be meaningful.
This month, I’m focusing on just a few things that make me feel good: yoga, walking, reading, journaling.
Nothing more. Nothing less.
